Race 1. (13:25) Grainshaker Vodka Mdn Plate 1400m

*The above offers may only be available to selected customers.

Back me

I think 1 Atlantic Ocean (Bet now: $4.60) can continue as the winner. The Chris Waller-trained three-year-old has not raced since May 28 at Caulfield when third behind Atlantis Tycoon. The overall form around him from the first warm-up reads well for this race and his attempts at the lead were encouraging.

Danger

If the best version 6 Parade (Bet now: $7.00) turns, wins by a length of the straight. The question is how well he does. He tried like a donkey before going on to Rosehill where he didn’t fire and was right behind Manzoic. The follow-up test was like that, but he has to be respected in the class, especially with Waller paint.

Long shot

9 Lady Ashley (Bet now: $16.00) lands near speed and gives a face. She made her debut over 1200m at Newcastle where she was close to the front throughout and fought quite well to defeat by Midnight Oasis in a maiden that had depth. T Clark na, he should press forward and face.

Race 2. (2pm) Coolmore (Bm68) 1100m

*The above offers may only be available to selected customers.

Back me

4 Plywood (Bet now: $4.00) is a quality filly for James Cummings to carry on and we know this stable love is targeting those second/third tier Blacktype races so we’ll be very excited to see her fresh. She continues as she has not raced since Bill Carter during the Brisbane Carnival, when she was far from embarrassed by her defeat to Stroll. In short, it works and her recent trial at Warwick Farm was a beautiful piece of work. Hard to beat.

Danger

1 Shalailed (Bet now: $4.20) returned in order for John O’Shea. He continued here over 1200m as he approached the speed and looked to win but I reckon the condition just gave way late on when he was a close fourth behind Democracy Manifest. Back to his age now and with a run under his belt and back to 1100m, he should be strong late on.

Long shot

7 Spicy hotpot (Bet now: $7.50) is a mare I have time for. The Mark Newnham-trained filly continues after a two-round winter preparation where she was a strong third on debut at the Kenso track before winning impressively to break maiden status at Canterbury. She was kidnapped by two preliminary trials and will be strong at the end. A key chance.

Race 3. (14:35) Ranvet Hcp 1000m

*The above offers may only be available to selected customers.

Back me

4 Remlap Gem (Bet now: $3.30) is a short-course shooting horse that continues for Scott Singleton. He is the best horse at 900m in Australia. It just depends on whether he can stretch his brilliance to 1000m. He has not raced since Hollindale Day on the Gold Coast when he was close behind Esta La Roca in Bat Out Of Hell. The last bit will test but it will look like a winner.

Danger

1 Kallos (Bet now: $5.50) is a quality sprinter for James Cummings who can rebound. He hasn’t raced in a few weeks since attempting a downhill course at Chautauqua at The Valley, where he failed to clear 100% in clear forgiveness after the race. His class, which refreshed him with a proper exam under his belt, will go a long way.

Long shot

2 The Wisdom of Water (Bet now: $6.00) deserves another look. This guy was backed with confidence as he continued in the Goldmarket on the Gold Coast, but failed to fire after settling on the speed and ending up on the track behind Garibaldi. He has since returned to NSW and won a court case there. His best is good enough.

Race 4. (15:10) Fujitsu General (Bm72) 2200 m

*The above offers may only be available to selected customers.

Back me

7 Left winding (Bet now: $2.60) on the top. The John Sargent trained mare is racing really well at the moment and is looking to get three wins on the bounce. He won for the first time at Scone before following it up with a dominant win at Newcastle on Cup Day. Racing as on will suit, so here she gets 2200m Pike on, he rides her patient and she should be strong late.

Danger

Fitter and up to 2200m are two big ticks for 1 Iowa (Bet now: $15.00). He made his Australian debut in the aforementioned Left Reeling at Newcastle, where he had a flat foot and was not suited to the race/track pattern, but was a definite run-through in fourth place. You better stand here, it commands respect.

Long shot

8 Lord Desanimaux (Bet now: $9.50) can bounce back. He gave them two thrashings at this course/distance before heading to Randwick where he increased in grade/depth and couldn’t fire as he came down the course behind Herman Hesse. Back to midweek and Warwick Farm, it’s with a shout.

Race 5. (15:50) Real estate agency RK (78 Bm) 1400 m

*The above offers may only be available to selected customers.

Back me

Joe Pride, House Track, Blinkers on…intent deluxe s 2 Party for one (Bet now: $3.90). In terms of abilities, he has lengths on them. It’s just a matter of where it is. I think she’s good at it. The track was too fresh at Randwick before going to Canterbury when she had zero luck in the straight behind Golden Eagle contender Loch Eagle. With the setup he has… he’s sure to put this one away a lot.

Danger

1 Shihonka (Bet now: $8.00) will appreciate the return to the comparative level. He was thrown into the deep end in the Tibbie at Newcastle last time and was far from embarrassing for Hope In Your Heart after doing the job in the run. He’s a much better fit at this level, so he commands respect.

Long shot

7 Miss Madison (Bet now: $11.00) flies for Bjorn Baker. She continued here to 1300m and was excellent late from behind when third in the Short Shorts and is likely to win the next 100m. She will get it here as well as a check under the belt at trial. If they don’t go in front, he gets a chance to start late.

race 6. (16:30) Vinery Stallions (Bm78) 1400m

*The above offers may only be available to selected customers.

Back me

1 Zoushack (Bet now: $13.00) is sneaky flying for Joe Pride. Two tries saw him back in the super order and the restart confirmed that thought process, rocketing home late from behind when fourth to the impressive winner Brigantine. I don’t know if he wants one more, but I really liked his return and 1400m on his home track with a claim, he is very likeable.

Danger

2 Manifesto of Democracy (Bet now: $3.10) is putting together a good record for Chris Waller. Big win fresh from him at 1200m, cut his way under Bowman and rode hard late to win. He still proved himself at 1400m, but as fresh as he attacked the line, the trip should be fine.

Long shot

6 Konrad (Bet now: $11.00) introduces Blinkers for the first time, and it’s a big improvement. Last start he covered this course/distance…well, you could say run, but I’d say it was a steeplechase as he had no room at all on the straight. Flashers are on and with clear air from the gate is dangerous.

Race 7. (17:10) Furphy (Bm72) 1200m

*The above offers may only be available to selected customers.

Back me

If 5 Shadow Devil (Bet now: $00 SP.00) is in range on the turn, I think he has the final to beat them. He continued at this course/distance and was huge from the back as he clocked some of the best late splits of the race/meeting just a second behind Democracy Manifest. Get on board Senor, he’s hard to beat.

Danger

1 I am deadly (Bet now: $00 SP.00) can bounce back hard. He continued at Randwick, where I was looking forward to him from trial work, but he led and didn’t fire even with a lot of effort. J Mac na, miles back in the climb/depth and I reckon with more conservative steering, he can run a much better race.

Long shot

7 Rammstein (Bet now: $00 SP.00) is able with all his might. Wide no cover in the aforementioned Democracy Manifest race and that was after the start was bombed so he clearly had excuses. Also forgive the run after a good pace, so if you’re the forgiving type, you can give this guy a pass.

Race 8. (17:50) Tab (Bm72) 1600m

*The above offers may only be available to selected customers.

Back me

2 Kokoro (Bet now: $00 SP.00) at the top of the exit. He is up for a while but is racing in very good form. J Mac’s ride helped him slap his Wyong Cup Day two rivals back before racing here where he chased down strongly from behind but Willinga Ruffio was no match. There is no horse of that quality here and he just needs to keep his form to be around the mark.

Danger

9 Money from heaven (Bet now: $00 SP.00) came back fine. He continued over the 1500m at Kembla where he didn’t really like the shape of the race but I liked how he worked home from the back when he was second to Pavitra. Fitter, down to the mile, hard to beat if he can settle closer in the run.

Long shot

10 Great (Bet now: $00 SP.00) is one that I could entertain wider multiples. He was thrown in at the deep end last time in Cameron and was outclassed but far from being disgraced by defeat I thought behind Wild Chap. Tick over trial was good, it rolls forward and with a light weight it is screaming.
