Jackpot, Nev. Hot tub casino incident leads to indecent exposure charge

An Idaho man allegedly stripped in front of a 13-year-old boy while the child was in a hot tub at a Jackpot, Nev., casino Sunday night. The man was later arrested.

The boy was using the hot tub when Jesse P. Kaye, 29, of Boise, was nearby, changing into a bathing suit.

The boy left the hot tub on a bicycle, authorities said. Kaye allegedly ran after the boy Elko Daily Free Pressreported a local newspaper.

Kaye was later arrested for indecent or obscene exposure in the presence of a child, the report said. It was unclear if the boy’s parents or guardian were near the child when the incident occurred.

An Elko County sheriff’s deputy reviewed video from a nearby surveillance camera. It showed Kaye undressing in front of the boy, authorities said.

Deputies searched around the hot tub. Kaye’s sandals, shorts and underwear were found near the hot tub, they said.

Kaye was booked into the Elko County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000. His case will be turned over to local prosecutors in Nevada court.

Authorities did not specify in which casino the incident took place. There are several casinos in the Jackpot, Nev. area. The community is located near the Idaho state line.

Half-naked man in Pennsylvania

In an unrelated incident last September, a 49-year-old Fitchburg, Massachusetts man was arrested for indecent exposure and public drunkenness. That’s after a Pennsylvania state trooper spotted him defecating in a flower bed outside Hollywood Casino York.

Police say the man’s buttocks and genitals were naked. The unnamed man was seen crouching outside the Springettsbury Township, Pa. gaming property. He was half naked and drunk Dispatch Yorka Pennsylvania newspaper reported.

Police say the man was undressed below the waist, exposing his buttocks and genitals.

Empty farce

Earlier in February 2021, a naked woman was arrested after she entered a fire control room and knocked out power at the Circa Resort in Las Vegas, police said.

Alissa Neeley, 28, was charged with theft of a fire prevention device. Neeley was asked to stay away from the resort. It was not immediately known what happened to her court case.

Neeley had been a guest at the compound. But he was kicked out for walking around the hotel naked, police said. She is also accused of entering employee-only rooms.

Because of her prank, power went out in the casino, hotel and parking lot, local media said.

Also in July 2021, Henry Ellis, 46, of Camden, NJ, was arrested after allegedly exposing himself near the Mohegan Sun Pocono Casino in Pennsylvania.

Ellis was charged with aggravated assault, endangering another person, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and resisting arrest. He allegedly hit another man and exposed his genitals.

It was not immediately clear how his court case was resolved.
